Our story

Built by a doctor who lived the problem

QuickSummary started the way most hospital ideas do — at the end of a long shift, with a stack of discharge summaries still to write. Writing the same cards by hand, hunting for the admission register, re-typing medicine lists: it was the part of the day every doctor dreads.

So we built the tool we wanted on the ward: scan the slip, speak the medicines, print the card, and let the whole unit see the same patient list. QuickSummary keeps changing based on what the doctors who use it ask for.

What we believe

Three things guide every feature

Built from the ward

Every screen in QuickSummary comes from real ward work — admissions, rounds, discharges and the evening pile of pending summaries.

Teams first

A unit works together, so the app does too. Patient lists, summaries and presets are shared with your teammates by default.

Patients should understand

Discharge advice in English and Hindi, clear printed cards and follow-up contacts — because a summary only helps if the patient can follow it.
